When sending me a message through my contact form, or calling me, you agree that I, Flo de Haan, on behalf of Made by Flo, will save your credentials including your name, telephone number, e-mail address and your message. You allow Made by Flo to use your credentials to send you messages, or call you for work and marketing related purposes. These credentials will be deleted 5 years after the last contact or when requested. When checkmarking ‘I agree’ when contacting me, you agree to all items in this privacy statement.

Send your request or complaint to me via contact@madebyflo.nl. I will process your request or complaint within 30 days. If there are multiple requests or complaints or if your request or complaint is complex, it may take more time. In that case, I will contact you within 60 days at the latest. I may ask you to verify your identity. In that case, I will request your data to ensure that you are the correct person to whom the personal data belongs.

My privacy statement must meet various conditions. These conditions are primarily found in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Additionally, the general rules applicable under Dutch law apply to my privacy statement.
